Our First Preferred Relationship Package offers 100% financing on your mortgage loan. In addition, it offers special options for checking services, savings services, consumer loan services, and mortgage loan services. All customers who qualify for a First Preferred Mortgage Loan are entitled to the First Preferred Relationship Package.

Checking Services

As part of our First Preferred Relationship Package , our checking service provides an interest-bearing checking account with no service charges and a Sweep Account arrangement at no charge. You'll also get free custom specialty gray checks or a discount on premium checks, a debit card, and free traveler's checks. You'll have 24-hour access to our First Access toll-free number to obtain information about your accounts. You'll also enjoy the safety of our First Image Checking, a special service which provides payment verification by including scanned images of your canceled checks with each monthly statement.

Savings Services

With our First Preferred Relationship Package, you'll receive 15 basis points on Certificate of Deposit rates.

Consumer Loan Services

Our First Preferred Relationship Package offers an up to $100,000 unsecured line of credit with a variable prime based rate and ¼ off the rate on a consumer loan. (Both are subject to credit underwriting.)

Commercial Services

As a First Preferred Mortgage Loan Customer, you'll be entitled to a wide variety of commercial loan and depository services.
